  7.         VOCABULATOR - Is an innovative application to increase anyone's
  8.         vocabulary - WITHOUT EFFORT. Loads inconspicuously at lower
  9.         portion of screen in  Window's startup group or by
  10.         'piggy-backing' another application such as your  word
  11.         processor. Float The setup program will copy the necessary files
  12.         into the appropriate directories.

  14.         You are permitted to use this program  with it's 30 word
  15.         database without charge and distribute it among your friends and
  16.         BBS's - without alteration. If you find it useful please
  17.         register and you will receive full program with over 300 word
  18.         databa

  20.         To register please send check or money order for US$20.00 drawn
  21.         on a US bank, or American Express International money order for
  22.         US$20.00 plus $5.00 for international shipping and handling or
  23.         $3.50 for domestic shipping and handling. Alternatively

  25.         The Main idea of this program is to operate from the Window's
  26.         start-up group, in this manner Vocabulator is displayed above
  27.         all other applications, without the need to start it manually.

  29.         Another use is for it to piggy-back another application, such as
  30.         your word processor, in this manner every time you click on the
  31.         vocabulator icon the selected program will load with your daily
  32.         word displayed in the lower portion of the screen. If

  34.         The vocabulator« program displays a new word each day. Starting
  35.         the program multiple times in one day will not increment to the
  36.         next word. Only restarting on a new day will display a new word.
  37.         Vocabulator« can also run as a stand alone application

  39. MENU INSTRUCTIONS
  40.  
  41.         FLOAT - This button allows vocabulator« to float above all other
  42.         applications including Program Manager. By deffault it loads
  43.         this way. Short-cut key is alt-f.

  45.         SINK - This button turns off the float button. Short-cut key is
  46.         alt-k.
  47.  
  48.         EXIT - This button terminates the program. Short-cut key is
  49.         alt-x.

  51.         SCROLL - This button displays a new window with a text box
  52.         displaying the present days' word and all previous words.
  53.         Short-cut key is alt-s This window does not float but has the
  54.         following option buttons.

  56.         SETUP - This button allows you to display vocabulator« on
  57.         another application. It requires application name and path.
  58.         Obtain this from the Working Directory in Program Manager's File
  59.         menu - Properties section.  This change will take affect upon
  60.         next start-up of vocabulator«. Vocabulator« can also run as a
  61.         stand alone application by leaving choices blank in setup.
  62.         Short-cut key is alt-s

  64.         PRINT- This button prints all listed words up to the present
  65.         word using the printer selected in Windows' Print Manager.

  68.         CLOSE - This button closes the scroll window only. Short-cut key
  69.         is alt-c

  71.         Vocabulator is not intended to be a dictionary or thesaurus. its
  72.         intention is to introduce you to useful words with a common
  73.         meaning. Please consult your dictionary for correct
  74.         pronunciation and more detailed meaning.
